In Greene County district court Jay Dolliver Orsack, 57, of Churdan pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to manufacture/ / possess/ deliver with intent to deliver more than 5 grams but less than 50 kg of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of substance purporting to be methamphetamine. A trial date was set for Oct. 27.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week ending Aug. 22 as follows: Andrew Vernon Wempe, 42, of Scranton, harassment- first degree; and Travis Douglas Stanek, 23, of Grand Junction, domestic abuse assault impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury.
